Special Instructions & Rules and Regulations

 

1. There are limited seats and rooms / tents available for each of our trips. 90% of the seats get booked within one week of declaring the trip. So hurry….book your seats as early as possible.
2. We confirm the booking of your seat only upon receipt of 100% payment from your side. So please make a payment to confirm your booking. Your credit is definitely good but we require Cash for confirmation of your seat. Currently we accept only cash / cheque payments.
3. While booking, first please confirm seat availability with our representative / staff / organizer and then submit the forms with proper name and address and total detail with full amount of the tour fee by cash at the authorized center / to our authorized representative and collect your receipt.
4. Do fill a separate form for all people traveling with you but staying at a different address. You can however request that you would like to be together in one room during the trip or in adjacent seats during train / bus / flight journey. However, this request will be fulfilled on a first come basis and based on availability of the same. Forms can be downloaded free of charge from our website http://pugmarksthenatureclub.tripod.com.
5. We have a strict NO Refund policy. If you cannot plan your holiday in advance or may have a situation which may make you cancel your trip then think twice before paying for the trip.
6. In unfortunate event of a death in the family or an accident / fracture to participant or any such serious incident /  accident due to which you may need to cancel your trip we will provide you with up to 50% refund upon your proof submission of the same. Our decision will be final and binding to all in each case.
7. In case of unfortunate demise of the participant  before the trip after making full payment we will make up to 90% refund available to the family members of the participant.
8. In case, the trip is cancelled 4 days before commencement we will be unable to provide any refund to any participant under any circumstances.
9. For any refund / cancellation / transfer of name case our decision will be final and binding in all cases. We reserve all rights.
10. Participant is generally not allowed to meet relatives / parents / friends who may stay near the camp / trip / tour / safari location but are not associated with the camp / tour / trip / safari or on the camp / tour / safari / trip premises during the tour / camp / safari / trip. If any of your relatives visits you on the premises or you go out to visit them during the camp / tour / trip / safari then you have seek previous permission from the head organizer and your joining back with the tour will be at your own risk. In case you get late and miss the train / bus / flight / any event on the tour it will be at your own expense and no refund will be provided for the same.
11. We do not operate illegal train / bus journey reservations. Hence, once booked you will not be able to transfer your name to any other person’s name.
12. We will however consider a transfer of name for the participant provided legal tickets are available. A transfer fee of Rs.400/- will be charged for the same and train / flight / bus ticket refund will be given to the participant canceling the cost only after deduction by the ticket issuing authority. However, the complete resort / hotel / safari amount will be transferred to the new participant upon written instructions from the old participant. We reserve all rights here.
13. Adult participants must carry their I.D. card such as voter ID or PAN card or driving license for I.D. Proof during travel by train / flight / bus journey.
14. You will be provided with a photocopy of your train / flight ticket once the same is confirmed. You are requested to carry the same along with you.
15. For any tickets which are not confirmed we will be refunding the complete amount back to the participant*.
16. *We will inform the participant well in advance if train / bus / flight tickets are available in waiting. If the participant verbally / in writing communicates to us about the same that he/she is ok to continue and wants to take that risk then we will not provide any refund in case the participant decides to cancel if the tickets do not get confirmed.
17. We reserve all rights to incorporate new rules / change existing rules for all trips / camps / tours / safaris. Our decision on all cases will be final and binding to all.
18. We reserve the right to admission. Our decision will be final and binding on all participants.
19. All out tours / camps / safaris / trips are in the best properties and we will be serving delicious food which includes breakfast / lunch / evening tea/coffee and dinner. Choice of Jain food is available for most trips / camps / safaris / tours. Participant is however requested to check with us for the same before enrolling with us.
20. All our tours / trips / camps / safaris will definitely have good quality vegetarian food included in them. Choice of Non Vegetarian food will be provided to all participants based on availability.
21. All the hotels / resorts / camp properties will be the same as mentioned in the web site / brochure, but if due to any reason there is a change, the participant’s cooperation is expected and no refund claims will be entertained.
22. Allotment of rooms / tents will be as per decision of organizers of the trip and will also depend on the check-in and check-out time of the hotel / resort / property.
23. Railways have a computerized reservation system. We will try to get the tickets in the same coach but in case that is not possible then berth and seat allotted by the railways has to be accepted. We will not entertain any argument about the same.
24. During long traveling hours by train / bus we will be providing normal travel food (vegetarian only) along with packaged drinking water. Non Vegetarian food will not be provided during travel in train / bus / flight journey.
25. There will be an arrangement of luxury and semi luxury coaches, jeeps and / or mini buses as per the tour schedule. Full cooperation is expected from all participants in case there is a delay due an accident / casualty which may cause delay to reach destination, traffic jams or weather changes / natural climatic changes / calamities etc or sight seeing and no refund requests will be entertained for any such cases.
26. In case there is a cancellation from the railway / airline or bus authorities we will accommodate each participant in the next available train / plane flight or bus as per the rules given by the authorities of the railway / bus or airline company. No refund requests will be entertained here.
27. In case there is any change in program example we cancel one jungle safari due to problems in the jungle as per the information from safari camp / jungle authorities we will be unable to entertain any refund requests.
28. Do note that we are only event managers and we will provide you the services of railway / airline / bus ticket bookings , vehicle bookings, safari, camp, resort bookings, arranging sight seeing, safari, zoo visits, animal farm visits etc. Although we will try our best to arrange and render the best services we do not hold responsibility on any account whatsoever of the performance of the hotels / camps / properties / trains / buses / airlines, guide, transport, timings of the safaris / visits / sight seeing , anything else on which we have no direct control.
29. We do not bear any responsibility, whatsoever for any dissatisfaction, loss of life and / or property, death, damages etc and also any consequences arising out of any natural calamities, strikes, breakdown and facilities, accidents, negligence, delay in services etc and no refund requests would be entertained or no refund would be given against the same.
30. Any expensive item like jewellery, camera, ipod, music system, walkman, CD / MP3 player, mobile phones, chargers etc should be carried by the participant at their own risk and if stolen or lost we will not be responsible for the same. In case of any theft of cash / card / purse / valuables also we will not be responsible. Your luggage is your own responsibility and must always be kept locked.
31. Personal expenses such as shopping, cold drinks, mineral water, laundry, telephone charges, boating charges, extra safari, rafting, visits to any nearby places, rafting, cable car, horse riding, water sports, ice sports etc are not included in the trip / tour / camp / safari cost.
32. Due to some circumstances if there is a change or cancellation in some of the tour program then no refund request will be entertained for the same. Full cooperation from the participant is expected at that time.
33. Timings mentioned in the itinerary are tentative timings. We reserve the right to change / alter the same.
34. The itinerary can also change without prior notice. We reserve all rights for the same.
35. During the full trip our representative will be there with you. Cooperation with the tour leader is necessary to enjoy your tour / trip / camp / safari. Food arrangement and room allotment is done by the tour leader, any kind of interference in the management or misbehavior will be not be tolerated and if done so the participant will have to leave the trip / tour / camp / safari then and there at their own expense and no refund will be provided.
36. We also reserve the rights to cancel or alter the routes, carriers, time table, sight seeing, itinerary and accommodation reserved with or without notice.
37. All participants who enroll with us are hereby informed that they travel with us for all tour / camps / safaris / trips at their own risk. Neither we nor any of our authorized representatives or staff accepts any responsibility or liability for any damage, loss, injury, accident, death etc during the trip / camp / safari / tour; howsoever it may have been caused.
38. In any case of severe injury / illness where upon the participant has to be admitted to the hospital / sent back home by flight or any other mode of transport then those charges for hospital / medical expenses and travel will have to be borne entirely by the participant and / or their family. The expense amount has to be immediately deposited at our Mumbai office.
39. Confirmed departure of the tour / camp / safari / trip depends on the strength of the group. We have the rights to cancel the trip / tour / camp / safari if the participants are less.
40. If the participant cannot board the train / bus / flight due to delay from their own side or if the train / bus / flight gets delayed / cancelled then whatever extra expense that if incurs will have to be borne by the participant.
41. We take it for granted that all the participants who are enrolling themselves for the each tour / camp / safari have carefully gone through the rules and regulations of Pugmarks and have readily consented to abide by them.
